This authentic 14’ ceiling SoHo loft with its huge living space balanced a blend of new materials while salvaging and restoring others. New work included a brand new chef’s style kitchen with custom cabinets, soapstone countertops, large barn doors and new bathrooms made with cleft slate floor tiles and oversize subway wall tiles. Exposed steel pillars, wood beams and brick walls were all refreshed without losing any of their aged charm creating this fresh-look home for the family to enjoy.
