This ‘classic 7’ 3,000 SF Upper East Side home has over-sized and gracious public rooms. The living room, library and dining rooms are elegant yet inviting. The 10′ high ceilings, custom moldings, and hardwood floors are a part of the Pre-War elegance that were important aspects of the renovation. The state-of the-art kitchen with Poggenpohl cabinetry, Venezia Terrazzo floors, Caesarstone countertops, glass backsplash and a dropped ceiling to incorporate precise recessed lighting resulted in immaculacy and a sophisticated modern style room.
