Nestled in the heart of Tribeca, an extensive 3,600 SF loft was conceived with precision and executed in style. The focus of the project was to convert two bedrooms into three for a growing family, although the scope of work was much more than just this. With gorgeous new Ipe floors and recessed base, Macassar Ebony closets, English Elm millwork panels and two lavendish bathrooms made with limestone slabs and Cream Marfil tiles, the materials of the home were significantly upgraded. An off-set library room was finished in vibrant red lacquer paint in contrast to the off-white paint and pastille colored wallcoverings throughout the rest of the loft. A spacious, modern home for a young family was born.
