Construction of a 35’ x 40’ structural double pitch impact rated Skylight system built onto the existing roof of the 1916 Guggenheim Italian Renaissance mansion at the Village Club of Sands Point. The club property consists of 210 acres of sprawling lawns, estate gardens and prime waterfront views of the Long Island Sound. The system was engineered to the finest specifications and includes insulated Gray Solarban Laminated glass to significantly reduce sound created from the courtyard below during the many functions and events.
