The 10′ high ceilings, custom moldings, and hardwood floors are a part of the Pre-War elegance that were important aspects of the renovation. The state-of the-art kitchen with Poggenpohl cabinetry, Venezia Terrazzo floors, Caesarstone countertops, glass backsplash and a dropped ceiling to incorporate precise recessed lighting resulted in immaculacy and a sophisticated modern style room.
